  : The pillows provided were really flat and small. And there were no extra pillows. There were no body nor hait shampoo in the shower. No instructions on how to operate the tv.

  : Room was very spacious and stylish, and the bed was large and comfortable. Location was good for my purposes.
  : Bed lamp and room safe didn't work. Couldn't make the shower work, but maybe that's on me. In any event, the tub was large enough to swim laps in. No towel racks. Twelve digit door code followed by eight digit room code. C'mon. Located in a women's apparel shop(!), and somewhat hard to find from the street.

  : The room was quite big. The bathroom was very beautiful. Smart tv was working.
  : Was very hard to find the smartflats. There is only a small sign if you pass the door you can spend minutes to find the small sign and find the smartflats. the stairs are too narrow so it is a struggle to carry your luggages upstairs. there is no elevator. Not close to the city centre.

  : The location is perfect. 10-15 to the city center walking and close to business event.
  : It is not easy to enter to the apartment due to the fact that the entrance is strange since it seems that you are going to enter to a shop. The door for the builidng is in a corridor

  : The WiFi or Tv did not work, I contacted the staff on multiple occasions regarding this and had received 3 messages the duration of the stay non of which actually helped. I tried to call and again, was told to email videos to which I received no response. The entrance door to the building had no actual lock on this, you were able to open the door with no code which was worrying. Again, I tried to contact the company about this but was told to send a video and again received no response during the 4 days. I constantly received automated messages asking how my stay was and when I replied I, again received no response. I am very disappointed with my stay as it wasnt cheap. Also no where to leave luggage and no chance of early check in. If there are other customers staying, it can be very loud.
