  : they never take my call, text even in emergency. worst communication I ever had with accomodation.They have a lift in this accommodation and thats why I chose here as my aunt needs wheelchair when walk. But finally lift was broken and I need to take her on my shoulders and go down the stairs by myself. The office where we can storage the luggages after check-out located 5 minutes walking distance from the flat we stay, but they gave me wrong address for that and we waited 20min there while nobody answers my phone or text. Finally they told me they provided wrong address, and we had to move to different place with many luggages and wheelchair.The flat itself is located in very center of Brussels. Easy access to station and everywhere, but very noisy in the night. The building was really old and corridor makes noise with each steps. Each time I flushed toilet, it makes crazy loud noise so that I couldn't use it during night.Never coming back here.

  : The location of the shower was odd, it was within the bigger bedrooms. May okey for a family but a bit awkward for a group of friends. Floors where a bit creaky, and the elevator was interesting. But for an old house it was understandable.

  : Location is excellent for bars, dining and siteseeing. Sound insulation is good from the busy streets outside. Good view from the main room balcony.
  : Layout of the flat was unusual, necessitating going through other bedrooms to access the WC or the shower, depending on which bedroom you were in. Twin bedroom was poorly equipped - nothing apart from a couple of single beds, bedding and wall lights.

  : The location is excellent. If you want to be central to everything brussels has to offer, this is a great option. Smartflats communicated well throughout the experience. Getting into the building was easy. I love staying in an apartment as opposed to a hotel. Having a home from home experience improves the holiday, in my opinion. There is a supermarket around the corner, which was really convenient and meant we saved money by not having to eat out for every meal. The original refurbishment was also done to a high standard.
  : You can hear the apartment above due to wooden flooring, which was frustrating at times. They were simply walking around, talking, etc, but it was quite loud. Being central means you do get street noise, which is to be expected. I suggest wearing ear plugs at night. I did this and slept well.

  : I informed them the kettle was not working, on day one, despite chasing them , it was not rectified during 5 night stay, i did not continue to contact them as the impression given when I did , I was being unreasonable.. and be patient. There was also an issue with balcony door, Fan in toilet, sink in main bathroom and key lock .. but the response I received re kettle , I did not bother to report them until we left also bitten numerous times in bedroom.
