  : The flat is lovely, authentic, extremly comfortable. The surroundings are quiet at night.Location is great !! We could walk around without using the car.Parking easy in the street, not expensive at all.

  : The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location of the appartments is great, being in a pleasant area near lots of facilities.I would recoomend this as a good place to stay if going for the 2 bed appartment at number 11.
  : Just to be aware that there are quite a few stairs to the 2 bed appartment at number 11.

  : This property was a disaster. The condition and maintenance were horrible. many of the items did not work at all, including the lights in the kitchen, the window covering, and the Wi-Fi. There were dangerous nails sticking up through the wooden floor. It was relatively dirty and looked like it hadn't been painted in decades, with scuffs and chipped paint all over. This property owner has 6 apartments on this street, some of which seem to be okay but this unit at number 11 is absolutely not rentable unless significant renovations are performed over two or three months. In short, it is dirty, worn, dangerous and non-functioning in several regards. The management did not respond adequately to our concerns. Although they switched us to another unit after two nights, they never provided any compensation despite promising to us and to booking.com that they would contact us and provide compensation. We never heard from them again.
