  : I actually didnt get the property I reserved so I can not leave a proper review. I reserved a room with a balcony and thats not what I was given.
  : I was not given notice the lift was broken. The property smelled of smoke and the smoke detector had a towel wrapped around it. The lights in the bathroom didnt work. One of the window handles was about to break of. Customer service was terrible. I left and stayed somewhere else.

  : Elevator not working, Freezer was iced up and open, Light in the bathroom not working, TV remote not working, Livingroom lamp broken, Dishwasher not working, Toilet dirty, Noise from the ground floor Club music, No terrace.

  : Location was good, 15min walk to Central station.
  : We had several problem with the apartment. First of all, since we arrived hours before the check-in I contacted Smartflats to see if I could leave my luggage in their storage place, they sent me to an address where they didn't want to take our luggage and the person in charge was very rude. Then they sent us to another location, were we could finally leave our luggage, we were not the only group with this problem, there were two other groups also going with many luggages from the wrong location to the correct one. Then the biggest disappointment was later when we reached the apartment which was in a 6th floor and had no working elevator, and it is not just a coincidence the elevator was broken, you can see in the photo attached the elevator has not been working since last May (four months!!). We had two +23kg luggage, three carry on, and a stroller with a baby, so it was not very comfortable to go to the 6th floor by foot. The apartment was large but it was not very clean, there was a lot of dust, old and damaged furniture, the handle of the bathroom was broken, light bulbs missing from lamps, the fridge had big blocks of ice, clearly they do not take much care of the condition of the apartment. On top of that, the day of our check in another man arrived later claiming that he had booked the same apartment as us, and he was complaining to the staff, I do not know how that situation ended up but the management seemed to be a disaster. Nothing farther from the name of this Smartflats company.
