  : Privacy policy and there is no direct contact with anyone. Feels like home and the location was excellent. Most important site seeings are within a short distance. View from the window is also charming.
  : Nothing for me, actually everything was according to my desire. Some dark photographs may be removed from the room, bright photographs may improve the internal beauty of the room.

  : Being on the first floor above various pubs on one of the main streets: NOISE! Also, no instructions for the tv, clogged shower drain , no soap in the dispensers and no follow up from SmartFlats.

  : At night room cant be covered properly and the main sheet is even transparent. Fridge didnt close and there was no functioning shower. Elevator was going only to second floor and in general the floor is very narrow and elevator is tiny so there is basically no chance to park or take up a buggy or the like! Definitely not to recommend for families.

  : Its a SCAM!Be careful renting this place, checking is at 16:00, when we arrived with my family everything was dirty, 2 cleaning ladies came at 16:30 and ask us to leave the apartment while they cleaned, we could enter to the apartment at 18:00; we requested refund but they dont answer any communication channel, neither WhatsApp, Facebook or Booking messages.even when we call to the phone they just hang on us.the wifi is so bad, when they answered in Booking they said they will fix the wifi, they didntEven the towels were wetThe sofa is supposed to be another bed, but when u open it is full of dirt and rest of food.Tables are full of oil.when u write in booking they just send automated messages talking about how good they are.Not recommended at all.be careful before renting it!

  : Not able to give any positives to this booking after our treatment.
  : We arrived to a building with a broken lift. We went up the 4 flights of stairs with all doors kept open by Fire extinguishers ( safety hazard). The place looked uncared for and dirty. The flat was nothing like the photos we saw on the site. There was no power in the bathroom or kitchen. The wifi was not functional. The floor was dusty, place not really cleaned. We got very little help from the team, got some lighting back after midnight but the kitchen was not working. We had a child with gluten intolerance so was unable to prepare food for her during the stay.. Our compensation from this company was approx 33 Euros which was a ridiculous amount considering the flat was nothing like the photos and no facilities working on arrival and just partial on departure. Hairdryers broken, no soap in bathroom dispensers. Please think twice before booking. The address for this flat is Flat 303 47 Rue du Lombard Brussels. I totally do not recommend Smart Flats in Brussels. And they kept asking me to give a customer satisfaction report. Incredible, so here it is. Photos not uploading so unsure why.
