: Spacious. Well located (near the metro)
: Not very clean. Towel had a colourful stain. Loads of things were sort of broken. The wifi was an open network and didnt work that well. It lacks decoration and amenities. Didnt have tv. Lacked wall sockets. You could hear everything upstairs and everything would shake whenever someone closed the front door or a door in another apartment. Everything just felt sort of eh.

: 1. Location2. Heating system, cold and hot water supply3. The apartment has a good potential to upgrade.
: 1. Dirty WC, mattresses, carpet, sofa2. Cant access the Internet 3. Sub standard maintenance of the apartment.4. Main door locking is not secured enough. Needs some bolt inside 5. Ill equipped apartment 6. Customer service line is prompt enough to response but with insufficient actions.7. All window blinds are damaged. Need replacement 8. Changing the apartment in last minute without information. 9. Needs some interior design improvements in terms of colors, arrangements, furniture.

: The location was a 20 minute walk to the town.
: The toilet flusher was broke & it is also separate to the bathrooms. There was no curtain in one of the bedrooms on a window door that lead to a terrace. We had NO hot water the entire stay. It was the middle of December temperatures were in the minus and we had to have freezing cold showers every morning. We informed the property and made them aware we had a pregnant woman on the trip with us but they did not care as nothing got sorted. We did not receive any compensation or even an apology when we left. We read the reviews and took a chance but I would highly recommend avoiding this apartment if you would like a nice clean stay with hot water.
