  : location is very good, near plaza and metro station; beds are confortable and good wi fi; the apartment area is big, also the bedrooms and bathrooms
  : even thow I got a street door code, the door remains open, the same with the second door before elevator; elevator has no light; the furniture is old and need to be clean.

  : It is spacious, renovated, with an elevator, The beds, the sheets, and could be better, with good maintenance
  : The dishwasher does not work, the coffee maker, lacks a complete general cleanliness ... It's a shame, because the place is very good, they are letting it fall

  : Luggage Louby Reception person Manuel from Dominica was very helpful and speed up the keys collection on our arrival and help us with taxi to our new apartment Rogier, the first was changed one day before our arrival.
  : The apparent which we booked and paid is Gaite. It was changed one day before our arrival due to technical reasons into smaller and duplex apartment Rogier with very steep and narrow stairs inside. Having with us small kid 8 years and very old lady more then 80 years old, this offer was simply irresponsible and unsafe, but we could not change our flight and we accept the change. We did not get sheets and towels for 5th person for the whole stay, which is extremely unpleasant.

  : Everything is bad, not recommended.We stayed here for 4 nights of a group of 12 persons.1. The lift is very dark, no light.2. All heaters in one room not working. The staff on the chat said maintenance will come to fix and informed us every other day but no one came. We have to sleep in cold room.3. The booking shows 12 pax but the bedsheets, towels, and pillows provided is only for 8 pax. When we asked them, the staff on chat said these are all they can provide, nothing else. I even told them I will pay extra but no respond.4. The room below us were having parties at night till 2am. When we reported to them, they ask us to take care of it by talking to them.5. The appliances like coffee machine, oven are not working. I dont know why they still put in there.6. They dont do maintenance on the rooms because the table is broken, chairs are wobbly.7. Lastly, the staff on chat always say the same thing but no action for 4 straight days. This was the worst room we stayed in Europe.

  : Sofa was broken, bathroom sinks were stuck, kitchen water was not flowing properly, and the most important- the heating system was not working in november! We reported but no one came, they dont have customer service at all!

  : Property is located in a very good location. But be aware it is noisy
  : My advice dont book. Apartment is not clean. The floor is probably not cleaned for months. The toilet was filthy we had to clean it on our own. For 4 people only 2 chairs were available. Dish washer and coffe machine were broken. We had not enough bed stuf for all persons and had to buy it our self. When we tried to reach anyone, no one answered. Tried 4 different numbers nothing. The office of smartflats didnt answer. Even the postman told us no one is ever answering.

  : The property was in a really good location and a good size. There was a place to drop our bags off until our place was ready x
  : As soon as we entered the property the sofa in the living room was made into a bed! It became immediately apparent that this was broken in this position. This left us with nowhere to sit. I contacted the company using the app and whats app number I had been given and no one replied. I went into their central offices to be told its likely this wouldnt be fixed as not priority as they have over 400 properties to manage. This was not fixed through the stay. We chose an apartment as we were with our young family and wanted space. The accommodation was also not secure, they give a code for the main door which leads into a busy Main Street but the door is permanently open and anyone can get in. The sink in the bathroom did not drain and the tv remote did not work. The communication of this company is absolutely shocking and I would not recommend it as a place to stay

  : In order to access the apartment, you need pay to a guarantee so you can have the code to the door, or provide your credit card details. All card details had been provided to them, and the accommodation had been paid directly on Booking.com but I never got the code to the door. After trying to reach them for hours, I was finally able to talk to various people but only to end up by not getting the code to the door, and having to make another very last minute booking. I requested a refund, but have not heard from them in 3 weeks.
